Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, Fluke

Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the development of new products and/or market opportunities for appointed product lines.
- Define and co-implement new product launch plan (incl. seminars, trade shows, trainings and end-user campaign, etc.).
- Responsible for product life cycle management.
- Develop clear, comprehensive and compelling product strategic plans and roadmaps.
- Co-provide product application and technical support to field sales force.
- Lead continuous and ad-hoc market research to update the market / competition understanding / dynamics.
Specific Job Skills Required:
- In-depth knowledge of Company electrical products, Test & Measurement applications and manufacturing capabilities (or related industrial field)
- Knowledge of marketing management, new product planning and sales forecast principles, methods and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both English & Mandarin.
- Proven leadership ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven analytical capabilities to enable competitive assessment, market research, strategic planning
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Technical background. MBA is a good addition.
- 5+ years experience in industrial product marketing

資質和要求 / Qualifications & Requirements:
- 大學本科學歷
Bachelor degree - 至少8年以上工作經驗,優先考慮有10年以上工作經驗的申請者
At least 8 years working experience, prefer applicants with 10+ years working experience - 有IT 或網絡監測和測試的背景或相關銷售經驗
Possess IT or T&M background or relevant sales experience - 熟悉中小企業市場銷售模式,最好既有直銷經驗,又擅長渠道開發和管理
Familiar with SMB sales model, good at both direct touch and channel development and management - 優先考慮有相關產品知識、網絡知識和技能的應聘者
Prefer applicants with relevant product knowledge and network knowledge and skills - 優先考慮有外資公司工作經驗的應聘者

主要工作職責:
- 負責Social Marketing 帳號維護工作和部分內容更新,微信在線客服
- 協助管理市場資料、樣機,財務流程處理
- 支持線下活動和數字市場營銷活動
- 通過市場營銷手段與客戶溝通確認市場需求,培育商機
- 跟蹤部分商機,并在CRM系統中操作處理
- 根據市場經理要求完成其他工作
能力要求:
- 本科學歷,市場營銷方向為佳,儀器儀表相關專業也可
- 與人溝通能力強,表達清楚,邏輯清晰
- 電腦操作熟練,熟練使用office word、excel、ppt、outlook等工具
- 了解微信等數字市場營銷的工具,有經驗者為佳
- 有組織、策劃或支持展會、會議活動經驗為佳
